Trouble with a scan, a report, or a charge? Email support@accesslumens.com. Including the scan’s Report ID and the URL you scanned helps us help you faster.
Refunds & payment issues
For anything billing-related — a failed or duplicate charge, a report that didn’t generate after payment, or a refund request — email support@accesslumens.com with your Report ID. Reports are one-time digital purchases and are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong on our end we’ll always make it right. See the refund terms in our Terms of Service.

Response times
